Oracle E-Business Suite in Action

Ettlingen, August 3rd, 2010 – With the Oracle E-Business Suite 12 PROMATIS has not only successfully implemented a new business software but also more transparency and cost savings throughout the entire Hofmeister & Meincke group. The basis for this is a detailed requirements analysis, modeling of business processes and the use of business reference models.

PROMATIS was in a good position for this integration project and was able to prove its expertise in all areas of requirements, Business Process Reengineering, and Oracle Applications and Technologies. Experienced and certified consultants analyzed the processes at Hofmeister & Meincke and therefore ensured the smooth introduction of the Oracle software and the connection of external systems. Moreover, the controlling needed redesigning for more transparency and simplicity, which PROMATIS attained with the corresponding expertise and with the help of the E-Business Suite. All supply chain processes are now visible in accounting and can be analyzed, optimized and evaluated efficiently. In addition, the administration saves several thousand Euros a month. By using reference models and keeping the focus consistently on cost reduction potential, a low TCO was achieved for the entire project.
