Consulting-, training- and development services as well as add-on-products and turnkey solutions on the Oracle® platform. The expertise reaches from Database over the Fusion Middleware and the Oracle Suites for Business Intelligence, Collaboration and Content Management up to Oracle Applications.
Strategy and Business Consulting
Strategic consulting for vision and strategy, business processes and IT-architectures and frameworks. Project Management and Business Process Consulting round up the spectrum.
Horus
Methods and software tools for modeling and simulation of business processes. Linked to Web 2.0 communication and collaboration techniques, Horus enables for a new approach to modeling in business communities. Branch- and task specific Best Practice-Models support the productivity and the result quality within the modeling project. The most important field of application are Knowledge Management as well as reengineering business processes prior to BPM- and IT projects.
