Frank Schoenthaler, born in 1959, has received a Diploma in Business Engineering from University of Karlsruhe (TU). His special focus was Operations Research and Computer Science. After many years in research in the range of applied informatics he completed his doctorate in 1989 at the University of Karlsruhe (TU) with Prof. Dr. W. Stucky as a Doctor of Economic Sciences (Dr. rer. pol./Ph. D.).

Since 1994 Dr. Schoenthaler is managing shareholder of PROMATIS software GmbH. He is responsible for the company- and product strategy and manages the operative core business. With more than 25 years of experience in the ranges of business management, strategy, business processes and information systems, Dr. Schoenthaler stands for consulting, management, development and training with distinguished business thinking and international focus. He is the author of numerous scientific and user-close publications in the area of business processes and information systems and here he is internationally renowned as an expert in his field.

At the DOAG Deutsche Oracle Anwendergruppe e.V. (German Oracle User Group) Dr. Schoenthaler is responsible for the sector of Business Applications and the Higher Education Community. He is the assisting chairman of AIK Angewandte Informatik Karlsruhe e.V. (Applied Computer Sciences in Karlsruhe) as well as curator of the Integrata-Stiftung für humane Nutzung der Informationstechnologie (Integrata-Foundation for the humane use of information technologies).

Rainer, born in 1962, has received a Diploma in Business Engineering from University of Karlsruhe (TH). His special focus was Operations Research and Computer Science.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the ranges of Business Management, Strategy, Project Management, Business Processes, and Information Systems. Mann has made himself a name as an expert in realizing large IT-Projects. Defining new Business Processes and Change Management during the implementation of Business Processes in an interdisciplinary environment are further focal points that build up on his work as organizer at Michelin tire plants and his long-term experience as Chief Operations Officer at PROMATIS AG.

CFO

Michael, born in 1962, has received a Diploma in Business Engineering from University of Karlsruhe (TH). His special focus was Operations Research and Computer Science.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the implementation and operation of business management application software. He is an expert for consulting, conception and training for the integration of the Oracle E-Business Suite in customer specific IT-environments. Based on his work in auditing and his long-term experience as Chief Financial Officer at PROMATIS AG his professional focus lies on Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Consolidation and Balancing (IAS, US-GAAP, HGB). He has experience in Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management, which rounds up his spectrum.
