PROMATIS Solution- & Service Delivery Platform (SSDP)

PROMATIS combined its procedure models, tools and standards in PROMATIS SSDP. SSDP is optimally aligned to support PROMATIS’ core business processes. It combines ERP-Systems, which is used internally at PROMATIS, with a capable Business Process Platform and a Software Development Environment based on Open Source- and Oracle-Technologies.

Procedure Model IQPM™

PROMATIS summarized its procedures in a comprehensive procedure model called IQPM™. IQPM has been continuously improved throughout the years and by now contains the experience of more than 20 years in project work and reams of thousands of person days. IQPM stands for Integrated Quality Process Model, accentuates already in its name the importance of quality in development processes. IQPM can be flexibly customized to specific customer requirements. IQPM defines project activities, result objects, and rolls as well as causal and time-based dependences; and in addition it defines methods and tools that may be used in projects. Elementary components are specifications for the Project and Quality Management as well as the accompanying Change Management. IQPM includes project-specific ‘flavors’ that enable to meet the requirements of either a Business Process Optimization project or SOA-Development or even the realization of Data Warehouses.

The PROMATIS development environment spans the standard tools from the world of Oracle and Open Source. They are combined project-specifically to an optimal tool-mix. Based upon customer requirements additional tools are added, e. g. .NET or Adobe Flex.
