Ettlingen, October 16, 2020 – For the fourth time already, business magazine CAPITAL has teamed up with talent platform Ausbildung.de and the HR marketing experts from TERRITORY EMBRACE and set out to find Germany’s best trainers. A large-scale study selects companies, businesses, organizations and state institutions offering outstanding training or dual studies. As a valuation basis, the criteria “mentoring”, “learning on the job”, “chances of success”, “digitization and innovation” and “training marketing” were examined. With the result of 4 out of 5 possible stars in the category training, PROMATIS – specialist for intelligent business processes and Oracle digitization solutions – is among the awarded companies.
The corona virus has also significantly affected the working world, presenting it with new challenges. Especially the current situation of numerous trainees is no exception. For many students – who have completed an already turbulent graduation from school – the pandemic has only added to the many complexities entailed by the quest of finding a job: Questions about the right career path and the right trainer have now been compounded by a fair amount of corona-related uncertainty. Thus, the exclusive CAPITAL study “Deutschlands beste Ausbilder” (English: ‘Germany’s Best Trainers’) does not only provide plenty of answers, but also gives insights into which company provides future trainees with the best prospects.
The survey comprises a detailed catalog of more than 90 questions and was carried out between the end of March and mid-June 2020 – at a time during which the entire German economy was stuck in corona mode. Nevertheless, more than 660 companies took part in the CAPITAL study; an increase of eleven percent compared to the previous year. PROMATIS, the German consulting company based in Ettlingen – in the heart of TechnologieRegion Karlsruhe – has received the award “Deutschlands beste Ausbilder” (English: ‘Germany’s Best Trainers’) with 4 out of 5 stars, scoring with a good or even very good training offer.
